Kale Chips

Kale, you love it or you hate it. It’s one of “those” foods. There is only a few different ways I will eat kale, and homemade kale chips is one of them. Full of vitamins and minerals kale chips are a great alternative snack to chips and pretzels. A serving of kale has about 2 milligrams of iron, 447 milligrams of potassium and 769 micromilligrams of vitamin A. Ingredients: 1 Bundle of Curly Kale 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Salt (to your liking) Directions: Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Wash and dry kale. Cut/remove the leaves of the kale from the thick stem and tear into bite size pieces. In a bowl put kale, oil and salt. Toss until all is coated. Spread of baking sheet and bake until brown/crisp. Curly Kale Leaves removed from thick stem Salt and Oil Baking dish to cook -Plate.Eat.Enjoy
